The Government of Kerala is conducting a Certificate Course in Library & Information Science (C.L.I.Sc) on yearly basis for students who have secured a pass in the S.S.L.C Examination through the State Central Library, Thiruvananthapuram under the Department of Higher Education with the State Librarian as Course Director.
